This is what filled my iPod for 2012. I feel 2012, when all is said and done, was a solid year for Hip Hop. There are some clowns that have emerged such as Trinidad James and Chief Keef, but we’ve seen others drift away like Waka Flaka and Roscoe Dash. Some projects like Wale and The Game were able to sneak in and make the list just before the ball officially dropped for 2013. Chris Brown “Fortune” and Diggy “Unexpected Arrival” would have been an honorable mentions. I am looking forward to 2013 with projected releases from J.Cole, GOOD Music, Kanye, Drake and others.

Combining to earn around $78 million, Beyonce ($40 million) and Jay-Z ($38 million) top Forbes‘ Highest Paid Celebrity Couples list. Gisele and Tom Brady come in second after toping the list last year. I think little Blue Ivy will be fine when Christmas rolls around.
